Michael has vast experience in Immigration Law, which includes humanitarian, RRV, visitors, partner, parents, carers, and business visas, and he has represented clients in the Administrative Appeal Tribunal. He also has a specific interest and experience in traffic, family, and wills and probate matters, and he can represent clients in all other areas of law.
Michael can assist with all types of visa applications. He can assist with making representation to the Department of Immigration regarding responses to adverse information and can also attend the Administrative Appeal Tribunal and prepare applications for Ministerial Interventions.
Michael is very conscious of the needs of the community in regards to access to legal services. He undertakes pro-bono work with Salvos Legal, a community legal centre from the Salvation Army and with the Toongabbie Legal Centre. There, he provides information about legal and migration matters to disadvantaged clients of all backgrounds.
